Chat with Your Calendar
Claire now speaks Google Calendar. Connect your calendar and ask Claire to check your availability, or create, update, and delete events — all from the chat interface, no need to open Calendar separately.
Move a Secondary Account to Its Own Account
You can now separate a secondary email from your primary Clairify account — either promoting it to become your new primary, or spinning it off as a fully independent account, with all of its data, settings, and history carried over. This is available from the app and the web admin console, and org admins can do it on a member's behalf when offboarding them.
Organization Hierarchy for MSPs
MSPs can now model their customers as a true hierarchy — regions, departments, and sub-teams nested under one customer relationship — with settings and licensing that cascade down the tree. A few things that come with it:
- Org admins can invite new team members by email, with the invitee's account ready to go the moment they log in.
- Admins get full control over any sub-organization they manage, while a handful of sensitive actions on their own top-level organization — like granting free licensing — stay reserved for Clairify staff.
- Adding a member can no longer push an organization past its licensed seat count.
Provisioning New Team Members
Admins can now provision a teammate's account — email, license, and all — before that person has ever logged in, so it's ready to go the moment they do. New team members automatically get a welcome email with a download link and setup instructions as soon as they're provisioned.
Accounts Center
The mobile app's drawer has been redesigned into a single Accounts Center, consolidating your profile, settings, and help & info into one place instead of spreading them across separate screens.
Remember My Email
The login screen now shows which email address you last signed in with, making it easier to pick the right one and avoid accidentally creating a duplicate account or hitting a sign-in error.
App Update Reminders
The app now checks for newer releases and shows a friendly reminder if you're behind — tap through to update, or dismiss and we'll check back tomorrow. You can also see your current app version and the latest available version at a glance.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Deleting a custom summarization prompt while its edit screen was still open no longer causes a broken submit — you'll see a clear message instead.
- Fixed: Some summarization prompt previews no longer render as a dark code block; they now display as normal formatted text.
- Fixed: Live Preview formatting is now consistent across all summarization prompts.
- Fixed: Rewrite With AI, Live Preview, and Save now agree on whether a prompt is valid, so you can no longer preview a prompt that can't be saved.
- Fixed: Swiping left on an email now shows a "Keep" tag, matching the indicator you already see on a right swipe.
- Fixed: The duplicate "Add Account" entry in the Settings menu has been removed — use the Home page instead.
- Fixed: The Mailroom now defaults to showing read emails, so the one you just swiped away doesn't disappear from view.
- Fixed: Bold text in AI-generated summaries now renders correctly instead of showing literal
**characters. - Fixed: Organization admins can once again see "Organization" in their sidebar navigation.
- Fixed: The payment page no longer shows "Free" for evaluation users on a paid tier while the dashboard correctly shows their real tier.
